Course objective:

1) Describe the purpose of an ISO/IEC 17025 Management System and explain the principles, processes and techniques used for assessment of NABL Accredited Laboratory.

2) Explain the purpose, content and relationship of ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL Specific Requirements framework relevant to the specific fields of laboratory accreditation.

3) Interpret the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 in the context of an audit.

4) Explain the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow-up an audit in accordance with NABL 161 & ISO 19011.

5) Undertake the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow-up an audit in accordance with NABL 161 & ISO 19011.
2 Calibration & Control of Measuring Equipment                                          8 working hours

Course objective:

To impart knowledge of calibration methods, measurement traceability,  measurement uncertainty, calibration interval, environmental conditions, calibration standards for various field such as Mechanical, Electro-Tech, Thermal & Optical and Fluid flow.  
3 Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation - Calibration & Testing Laboratories         16 working hours

Course objective:

1) To describe purpose of Uncertainty in Testing and explain the principles, processes and techniques used to evaluate Uncertainty in Measurement as per NABL Guidelines NABL-141.

2) Explain the purpose, content and relationship of Uncertainty in Measurements and NABL Specific Requirements framework relevant to the specific fields of testing of laboratory accreditation.

3) Interpret the Uncertainties in Testing in the context of improvements in the Test Methods & capabilities.

MSA – Measurement System Analysis                                                                    16 working hours

as per AIAG Manual 4th Edition              

Course objective:

1) To impart knowledge of Measurement System Analysis

2) To clarify on customer specific requirements on MSA

3) To help the automotive suppliers to evaluate the measurement systems before selection to utilize them in Production Scenario.

SPC – Statistical Process Control as per AIAG Manual                                            16 working hours

             

Course objective:

1) Describe the purpose of a Statistical Process Control and explain the principles, processes and techniques used to analyze mfg. process variation & emphasis on defect prevention & reduction in variation & waste.

2) Explain the purpose, content and relationship of SPC Requirements relevant to the organization

3) Interpret the requirements of SPC (AIAG Ref. Manual) in the context of new product development including customer specific requirements.

6 Metrology for Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing - GD & T                       8 working hours

Course objective:

Training Module completely covers interpretation of fundamentals of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing , but does not prescribe design practices, state design requirements, specify techniques etc

7 MSA – Measurement System Analysis                                                   16 working hours
as per AIAG Manual 4th Edition

Course objective:
1) To impart knowledge of Measurement System Analysis
